Salman Bhojani
Managing Partner, Attorney, and Escrow Officer
Salman focuses his legal practice on real estate, estate planning, and corporate/business law. Before launching his own law firm, Salman practiced law at the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP, an international corporate law firm. He has received several achievements including being awarded the Super Lawyers Rising Star award for the top 2.5% of lawyers in Texas for 5 consecutive years. (2019-2023). Salman enjoys representing his clients not just with their legal matters, but also their financial and overall business issues they may be facing.
Public Service
Beyond the law, Salman is a business owner and founder of Bhojani Capital, a private equity firm focused on commercial real estate. He is also a proud public servant. In 2018, he became the first person of color elected to the Euless City Council. In 2022, he made history again as one of the first Muslims and the first South Asian elected to the Texas Legislature, where he currently serves the people of House District 92.
Entrepreneur
In addition to being a lawyer, Salman is a serial entrepreneur and over the past 25 years, has owned several business ventures in industries such as residential and commercial real estate, convenience and fuel, and hospitality. Salman also leads Bhojani Capital, LLC, which is a private equity firm that syndicates equity and private credit to fund commercial real estate acquisitions and financing.
Education
After finishing his high school from Montreal, Canada, Salman immigrated to the United States and received his Bachelor of Science in Bus. Admin. from the Univ. of Texas at Dallas. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and a Comparative Law diploma from the University of Oxford in England.
Life
Salman has lived on three continents but calls Texas his home. He lives in Tarrant County with his wife Nima, his children Aarish (20) and Raisha (17), and his parents. He enjoys traveling, climbing mountains, playing ping pong & pickleball, and spending time with his family.
