David is a partner of the firm and focuses his practice on real estate and business transactions. David has significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements for transactions of all sizes and levels of complexity. He also represents developers with construction contracts, association formation and documentation, and due diligence. He also has significant experience in working with clients and title companies in all phases of the title review, due diligence and closing process. 

David also negotiates and drafts complex partnership agreements, and also assists clients with fundraises for real estate projects and related SEC compliance.

David also represents small to medium-size business owners with all aspects of their legal needs, including entity formation, buying and selling of assets or ownership, and business disputes.
