Salman is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and focuses his legal practice on corporate and business transactions, and real estate law. Before launching his own law firm (Bhojani Law, PLLC), Salman practiced law at the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP, an international corporate law firm.
In addition to being a lawyer, Salman is an astute entrepreneur and over the past 15 years, has owned several business ventures in industries such as residential and commercial real estate, convenience and fuel, and software development.
After finishing his high school from Montreal, Canada, Salman immigrated to the United States and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law and a Comparative Law diploma from the University of Oxford.
Salman has lived on three continents but calls Texas his home. He lives in Euless with his wife Nima, his children Aarish (13) and Raisha (10), and his parents. He enjoys traveling, playing ping pong, and spending time with his family!
Patrick is an accomplished attorney with a broad range of legal experience. Patrick currently represents international and domestic business clients in the areas of litigation, corporate governance and transactions, contract review, nonprofit and employment law, real estate and intellectual property. Patrick has been named in Ft. Worth Magazine as a top Civil Law - Litigation and Transactions and Corporate Counsel attorney from 2013 through 2018.
Patrick currently serves on the International Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association as a council member and as section Secretary. Patrick is also an active mentor with the International Law Section JD Mentorship Program through the SMU Dedman School of Law.
After graduating from Holland Hall School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Patrick attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine and is a member of the Psi Chi National Honor Society. Patrick returned home to Oklahoma for law school, earning his law degree from The University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, Patrick studied at Oxford University through OU’s summer study abroad program.
While not in the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, working on classic muscle cars, and international travel.
David’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions. David has significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements. He also has significant experience in working with clients and title companies in all phases of the title review, due diligence and closing process.
David also represents small to medium-size business owners with all aspects of their legal needs, including entity formation, buying and selling of assets or ownership, and business disputes. David has also worked with copyright owners to protect their rights in federal courts throughout the United States.
David also enjoys preparing wills and other estate planning documents for his clients.
David received a B.A. in geography from the University of Texas – Austin, with a concentration in environmental resource management. He received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law.
David is an avid outdoorsman and sports fan. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running, and playing in a rec basketball league.
