A Decade of Excellence

As Bhojani Law celebrates its 10-year anniversary, its founders, Nima Bhojani and Salman Bhojani, reflect upon their early days when it was only the two of them—Nima providing title services and Salman providing legal services. They worked tirelessly to take care of their clients and build the business, each filling multiple roles and logging 80-hour weeks in those early days.

Salman Bhojani

Managing Partner, Attorney, and Escrow Officer

Salman focuses his legal practice on real estate, estate planning, and corporate/business law. Before launching his own law firm, Salman practiced law at the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP, an international corporate law firm. He has received several achievements including being awarded the Super Lawyers Rising Star award for the top 2.5% of lawyers in Texas for 5 consecutive years. (2019-2023). Salman enjoys representing his clients not just with their legal matters, but also their financial and overall business issues they may be facing.

Nima Bhojani

Chief Operating Officer & Senior Escrow Officer
Nima oversees the day-to-day operations of Bhojani Law and leads the firm’s escrow and closing services, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate and title to every transaction. She serves as an Escrow Officer at the firm for Alamo Title and before that with Allegiance Title. She is a licensed escrow officer with the Texas Department of Insurance and a certified mediator, and she prides herself on handholding every client from start to finish, treating each closing with the same care and attention she’d want for her own family.

Ambarin Sawja

Associate Attorney 

Ambarin Sawja is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Transactions practice, where she provides comprehensive legal counsel to real estate developers, private investors, and closely held businesses. Her practice spans the full lifecycle of a real estate asset, from initial entity formation, commercial acquisitions, joint venture structuring and zoning approvals to
securities-related documentation, complex dispositions and landlord-tenant disputes. Ms. Sawja also regularly counsels clients on title and survey review, due diligence, and closing coordination for complex real estate transactions.

David Munden

Partner

David is a partner of the firm and focuses his practice on real estate and business transactions. David has significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements for transactions of all sizes and levels of complexity. He also represents developers with construction contracts, association formation and documentation, and due diligence. He also has significant experience in working with clients and title companies in all phases of the title review, due diligence and closing process.
